Fair Information
At each neighbor island fair, exhibitors are asked to check in at the registration table prior to the start of the fair.
Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first serve basis for neighbor islands. Come early to choose your booth location.
Neighbor island exhibitors will be provided with a table and chairs. Some locations may not have table skirting available, so please come prepared.
Registration Fees
If your organization is paying for a booth at the Honolulu Fair, there is no charge for neighbor island fairs. Otherwise, the fee is $25 per neighbor island fair for those not participating in the Honolulu Fair (includes one table w/chairs).
There is also a $5.00 receiving and $5.00 delivery charge for items sent to Kaua'i Beach Resort. Exhibitors can contact Bricen Moritsugu at 808-245-8545 or brmorit@alulike.org to let him know how many parcels are being shipped and he can forward that information to the hotel. Please contact Bricen for any "Special Requests" such as outlets, table assignments, etc. He'll do his best to accommodate all requests.
