Registration Fees:
Honolulu Fair:

$400.00 - Single Unfurnished
$485.00 - Double Unfurnished
$550.00 - Triple Unfurnished
$200.00 - Each additional booth space required
*If paying for Honolulu Fair, no charge for neighbor island fairs.

Furnishing for each exhibit in Honolulu are the responsibility of each exhibitor. The Fair has made arrangements with ICES HAWAII, INC. to provide booth furnishings. These furnishing must be ordered at the time of registration. Basic packages are as follows:

(A) 6' table, 30" high, with white vinyl top, skirted on three sides with exhibitor's color choice, 2 chairs. $90
(B) 6' counter, 42" high with white vinyl top, skirted on three sides with exhibitor's color choice, 2 stools.$100

Each exhibitor that registers will receive an information packet directly from ICES HAWAII, INC. regarding other furnishings, equipment, and services available directly from them.

Neighbor Island Fairs:
 $25 per neighbor island fair, if not participating in Honolulu Fair.
No-Show Policy:
$25 no-show fee will be charged for each Fair missed.

After your registration is received, you will be mailed a confirmation letter with additional information and updates.
