Travel information
At each neighbor island fair, exhibitors are asked to check in at the registration table prior to the start of the fair.
Booth assignments will be made on a first come, first served basis. Come early to choose your booth location.
Neighbor island exhibitors will be provided with a table and chairs. Some locations may not have table skirting available, so please come prepared.
Registration Fees
If your organization is paying for a booth at the Honolulu Fair, there is no charge for neighbor island fairs. Otherwise, the fee is $25 per neighbor island fair for those not participating in the Honolulu Fair.
There is also a $5.00 receiving and $5.00 delivery charge for items sent to Hilton Kaua'i Beach Resort. Exhibitors can contact Bricen Moritsugu at 808-245-8545 or brmorit@alulike.org to let him know how many parcels are being shipped and he can forward that information to the hotel.

Cancel policy for all properties is 72 hours. Rooms are on a first come, first served basis. When sending parcels to the properties, identify the outside with your date of arrival and Hawaii College & Career Fair.
