Please do not ship materials to Sangha Hall. You may ship materials to
your hotel (or other accommodation) to receive upon arrival. Tables are
available on a first-come, first-serve basis beginning at 7:30 a.m.
Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Please understand that you may have to
share table space with another exhibitor. There is limited access to
electrical outlets. If you are in need of electricity, please come
prepared with an extension cord and for safety purposes, masking or duct
tape to secure cord to floor. Parking is free and a light breakfast and
dinner will be available to exhibitors.
